Dachis Sporthorses LLC is an equine sales, leasing, training, and lesson operation. We do hunters, jumpers, equitation, and ponies, offering competition opportunities at all levels of show, where riders can move up through the divisions. Horses and riders alike are able to get exposure out on the competition circuits and leave with top results.
​Naomi Dachis, head trainer of DSH, has extensive riding, competing, and horse-producing records. She started her riding career under the training of Jolene and Brian Cash, and Will Baker. Naomi has been riding for 16 years and in that time, has competed up the levels through the large division ponies, 3'6" Equitation, Junior Hunters, 1.15m Jumpers, and 3'9"-4' Hunter Derbies. She has competed and earned top placings at HITS Saugerties, HITS Ocala, World Equestrian Center - Ohio, World Equestrian Center - Ocala, Winter Equestrian Festival, Kentucky Horse Park, Virginia Horse Center,
Saratoga Horse Show, Tryon International Equestrian Center, Pony Finals, Junior Hunter Finals, the Hampton Classic, New England Finals, Capital Challenge, Pennsylvania National Horse Show, and the National Horse Show. On top of that, Naomi is a part of the Sweet Briar College NCEA single-discipline equestrian team, and has helped her team to multiple meet wins, conference championships, and NCEA Nationals. Naomi has produced multiple top horses and ponies from the early or beginning stages of their careers. She prides herself on how her horses are standouts that will win top prizes, as well as fun and brave for riders to enjoy being an equestrian beyond the competition.
Founded in 2020, Dachis Sporthorses LLC started as a very small business with only one horse. We slowly grew, acquiring equitation, hunter, equitation and jumper prospects, and eventually branching to do pony prospects as well.
